  Saint Andrews Mission Meeting October 17, 2009 Our group met at 1:00 PM to clean the bus. 5 workers cleaned the inside, washed the windows and the guys replaced a seat. At 4:00PM a meeting was conducted. Del opened with verses from Matthew 28:16, Matthew 6:19-21 and 1 Peter:13, followed by a prayer. After a bit of discussion, It was decided that our 2010 trip would be January 22-31, 2010 to Nuevo Laredo and Tula, Mexico. At the next meeting December 6 committees will be assigned and a $100.00 deposit will be required. The trip will cost $400.00. Sams is hosting the N.D. LLL Convention February 13-14,2010. The LWML has been asked to help with the food. Sara will approach her ladies at their next meeting. December 6,2009 is Mission Festival at Saint Andrews. In the afternoon, at 2:00, we will have a meeting for the trip. We closed with the Lords Prayer. Submitted by Janet Baker, secretary |
